Yes, a patriarch Maronite Catholic

For those who follow Doug-as-geophf, this avatar will be familiar, as well as countless quips, rants, random what-nots, and snapshots from his many "tweetable" moments.  For those of us who choose to mute geophf, I'm sure we've missed many interesting moments.  If you wish to take a peek into his fertile mind, here's a sampler, rated G.

Geophf lives the bachelor life in the midst of our family home.  Because he prefers his cuisine with preservatives, chemicals, and well, sugar, salt and spice, he knows to cook his own meals when the rest of us go gourmet.  Invariably, his food photos will show the state of our kitchen, stove, and dining table.

Occasionally, he indulges in someone else's cooking.  In other words, we have a way of knowing when he eats out, where he goes, and what he ordered.  Case in point: bangers and mash at our favorite neighborhood café, The Swiss Bakery.
Runner Doug keeps his followers aware of his whereabouts too, and between screenshots of his map, Ingress portals, and scenes-as-art, we know if he will be late for dinner.
In the same vein, we are aware when there's a mishap.
He's been chauffeuring the girls and me lately, which adds some variety to the photos that he posts.  Now you can keep track of our whereabouts as well!

Doug is a nice guy, and very romantic.  He also wants more than an audience of one.  I smile, and maybe say "thank you" for the roses.  His followers rave and give compliments.  He likes that.

And I like him when he picks photos that show my good side.
